Immediately East of Geneva’s main train station, Cornavin, a large swath of land, in the heart of Genève International, stands today as an open wound in the urban fabric. Our team developed a concept similar to NYC’s Hudson Yards project, thereby using local topography to totally cover the rail yards with a developable green slab.
Regenarating the urban fabric, while creating over 202’000 sq.m, of mixed-use development, the project created opportunity to consolidate Genève International’s positioning and economic success, with not only office, but residential and retail, in a high density, low height, green, net zero development.
